No one shot at kids. I was not there when this event took place. I heard about it from one of the kids that was there and related the story told to me. These kids were getting into mischief years ago when they were teenagers and then turned out just fine as adults. I will defend anyone's civil rights when they have been violated. The Village code enforcement raid was a flagrant violation of everyone's civil rights and an abuse of power.
From what I understand "Cook" Mark got his name while he was involved in "rainbow gatherings".
