As in right NOW! In another subject I have been researching the Tax code. In the code it says. If a person is a sole preprioter that person need not have an EIN#. Or in plan english - if one person owns a business as does Mike, he does not have to have a Employmer's Identifacation Number. So you will not hear me say it is a crime any more. O.K.
