If Katrina does prevail in court regarding ownership of the Bowen building, and the 40 acre surrounding easement, then of course she is free to do as she wishes with it. She expresses that her intent is on seeing this historic building be a meeting point, and place of dissemintating information about DCHS and the surrounding area. If people want to donate, then it is thier choice, not something forced on them. Each individual can decide for themselves whether they wish to donate or not. Of course Katrina's detractors will be hot on her trail, ready to pour thier derision on her actions if they possibly fall under the letter of the law. I'm sure she will do her best to see that the goal she has of the Bowen Ranch being a place for " all " DCHS visitors, is achieved in a legal manner.
