I didn't word that well. My point was that it seems to me that he and other dirt bikers in the area feel they can ride route J1299. It may yet be considered an open route by the BLM and he has indicated that to me, though the MAZ 1 &2 map shows it differently. I hope after the decision of the WEMO Plan has been made and if it turns out that the route is closed, they (all dirt bikers) will abide by the ruling.
