A split personality at its finest. We did meet in the same room once however, at the Green Tree Inn at the first WEMO public comment meeting. That was when I opened the meeting by talking about the illegal motorcycle trail through the Juniper Flats Area of Critical Environmental Concern and the lack of law enforcement despite complaints to Ranger Nelson.

The BLM responded to my comments by proposing this route be included in the WEMO route designation project giving it # J1299. A former lobbiest for the OHV industry is on the comittee. ACEC route designations are independent of the WEMO process and creation of any new routes through the ACEC is against the law according to the ACEC management plan. That was when the crapola hit the shredder and all kinds of people started looking at what is going on in Juniper Flats. The destruction continues with fresh reports being phoned in from an observer camped on a hill in the Village. All violations are being forwarded to the BLM on a weekly basis.
