I have documented substantial evidence of criminal wrongdoing for several years now and am getting ready to respond to the BLM's latest letter concerning Moss Mill Road. With regard to Moss would then sign a verified complaint about the crime and I believe the district attorney's office would still have the decision about bringing charges.
>>> I do not agree with making or continuing the issue over M. M. Road, if that is what you're referring to, reopening that is. There's really no need now to continue something that has been settled. The Ryans now own the property and would rather not be bothered. Kevin Ryan has indicated to me in a recent telephone conversation that he and Tanya are in no way connected with Mike Castro / Bowen Ranch and never were after the purchsed was made. It may seem so, but is the case. If you are referring to some matters concerning something else or someone in particular that is up to you to pursue alone.

In addition, I would recommend contacting CORVA (California Off Road Vehicle Association) about these problems. Contrary to what you may believe, CORVA does not approve of illegal OHV activity. They would assist you with your concerns. They are a very powerful group and have much more influence with the BLM than any of us. We may also want to look into getting grants to fund enforcement.
>>> Looking at CORVA's Website does indicate what you say to be correct. Though we, Friends of Juniper Flats, FOJF and anyone willing to join us still need to continue our efforts as well.
