Wizard , Take that warm thing off your knee NOW . Ice is much better. You are suffering from old timers diss eaze. As an old timer my self, I suggest R.I.C.E. THERAPY. that is R. rest I. ice C. compression E. elevation. Buy a knee brace & put a ice bag under it.Then Elevate that knee on the couch. You can go to the experts and they will back me up on this. I have already seen @ 10 of them. And that pain med. is bad 4 you. It Takes the pain away so you do'nt feel the hurt you are doing to your knee. There by injuring it worse so they ( the experts ) can now operate . I used to run in marathons and am not an expert. However,I have been studying these kinda problems more than 30 years. So like some one said " advise is only worth the price paid." And I have paid the price on knee pain. And what ever you do don't injure your typing fingers. :-) DCR is not a mission statement and an agenda the same thing? And yes my computer keeps notes very well. NOW listen I am not setting up this meeting 4 myself. If ya'll can not make it for what ever reason? I will set up the deep creek camping camping bares as a non- landed naturist organization.For all the reasons (almost) listed above.As for the meeting & place A secretary would be nice ,to take notes & minuets . The agenda should be to orgainize and have fun.And once we organize spread PEACE LOVE AND HAPPINESS as far as possable. If any one (even Mike & Katrina) want to join at what ever the date it should be OK. The mission goal should be "do you want to spread PEACE LOVE AND HAPPINESS EVERY WHERE?" If the answer is yes you can join.As for achiving this goal that is where the work comes in.And that is why I will be there May 26, at 5PM.At the end of JF3 or the beggining of 3n59 depending on your reference point.To work, have fun & spread PEACE LOVE AND HAPPINESS asfar as possable.
