Thanks for the tips about Knee injuries Viejo. It is improving more rapidly that I expected. Hopefully this progress will contiue. I gave up running back in my early 30's because I was reading about how excessive running can wear out your joints prematurely. My hips and knees felt much better once I stopped. I've had 4 people suggest to me today that my injury is due to " ageing ". Thats 4 in one day. By the time the last person told me that I was crackin up :-) My brother also suggested that from what I described he didn't feel that the ortho man would be much help to me. Thanks for all the advice and thank loads Veijo for not ascribing my injury to being an old goat :-)
