I agree with you about the meeting and the "rules". They seem reasonable to me.
I would also like to emphasize the point you make about not hiding behind Phorum ID's ... if you expect to be regarded in this process and have your opinion counted, you should make your true identity known to those in the meeting. If you continue to be an annonymous poster your opinion should not be counted. We need validity for the numbers of opinions posted on the outcome of the meeting.
What I am trying to say is that if you can't make it to the meeting, you can still be included in the process if and only if you make it known that you are a valid person posting as one Phorum ID. I don't want some troublemaker posting as three different people swaying the work of the dedicated regulars!
Also, as far as a meeting time and date goes, people far away like myself probably won't be able to make it unless it is scheduled for the weekend. I can hardly ever make it to the springs before 11 am or noon! If that gives you an idea.
I would think trash and like subjects should be something we can tackle. Then we need to approach the FS with our plan and get them involved as "blessing" our efforts. We need them to know we are involved and care about the springs' future!
Let's just make "baby steps" to get started ... we can continue with more after we have something going.
