Think on this continuation of "her speculated scenario". That the authorized officer (BLM Chief Area Ranger Barry Nelson) allowed for OHV use of J1299 Trail. That the wing fence constructed by mojavegreen under his range improvement cooperative agreement obstructed J1299 Trail. That obstinate repair of the wing fence by mojavegreen's agency (FOJF) was counterproductive. Therefore: BLM themselves removed those 40 fence posts to prevent further disruptions of the peace. Now, isn't that the purpose of government, to protect the peace?
