The Friends of Juniper Flats purpose is to assist the BLM in their stewardship of our public lands. Juniper Flats has been a limited multiple use area for decades. It has never been the intent of this concerned citizen to shut anyone out of public land in the area. Sorry to burst your balloon Jennifer but upon investigation, there were lots of equestrian tracks in the area of the vandalism. Anyway, this was reported to the proper authorities and they can deal with vandalism of federal property. Just another report of inappropriate and illegal activity in the area. As a property owner, I do have an intrest in what happens in my neighborhood. My wife and I pay taxes too.
