The complaint that private boundary fences and grazing fences are being cut was investigated and verified by a federal agent and acknowledged in a BLM Investigative Report. The Special Agent also acknowledged trail proliferation consequent to the use of J1299 and intrusion into the cultural sites at Cottonwood Springs.
These facts were noted in the letter to the Inspector General. As Katrina points out, it is his responsibility to report criminal actions to the Attorney General.
