My 2 cents is yes, legally, one has the right to use cameras and phones on the beach but should he? It’s like building a masque near the World Trade Center. Of course, legally it can be built but should it be built?
I was at the Deep Creek years ago with this girl who worked for a senatorial campaign. She could not be linked to any scandals. She alerted me to the fact that some guy took her naked picture. I politely asked the guy to expose his film and he told me he had the right to take pictures in public places. So I gave him a public beating with his own camera. The very next year my own picture ended up on one of the jerk off websites. It took me $1000 in lawyer's fees to take it down. The site did not want to do it but it was cheaper for them to take 1 pic down than fight it.
There are a lot of potential issues with somebody’s nude pictures appearing on the internet – it can lead to loss of employment or friends/relatives' discoveries of one’s lifestyle. I think having to explain to that enforcer guy that you were not taking pictures is a small price to pay. I think I support his efforts to protect the visitors from predators.

Here’s another jerk-off site with Deep Creek pictures: http://deepcreekhotsprings.wordpress.com/2012/06/23/deep-creek-hot-springs-2/

How would you like your picture to be posted there?

… not arguing… just giving my 2 cents….
