True, however I believe his point was what if someone took the picture unwarranted and posted it online - and how one would feel about that. In terms of the picture though, I actually don't think it's representative of DCHS. However, the rocks and stream are splendid :-)

None the less, back to the original point of Paul P, I agree with him completely. My 2 cents, sense we are dropping them in the bucket is, if you come up aggressively ordering me what I can and can't do with my personal phone on a public beach or any public place you better have a badge and gun or you will regret it.
I agree, enforcement is best left to those who are trained in it. However, the statement about work. I have to agree with Sam. We live in a somewhat backwards society and those of us who hold leadership positions do need to be careful and very conservative. It's not fair, but that's life.
