Naked man you are mixing up the issues about the definition of a tollroad by then reverting back to the Bowen Ranch Building ownership issue.

The Bowen Ranch ownership issue will be resolved through legal processes and we can discuss all we want here, however, the court will have the final word. At this point, I think any more discussion about this is just discussion and words. Action is in the near future.

You are right that this is a private road and does not become a publically owned way. Since Bowen Ranch Road is a private road, it does not meet the legal definition of a tollroad.

Now if you parked on Mike Castro's land, it is legal to pay a parking fee.
