She agrees with most of the readers here that the toll road issue is a moot point given that the roads in question traverse private property. The Orange County toll roads are developed by a private consortium.You are more likely to win on the prescriptive easement issue.

Since no one has asked you the question, would you be willing to Meet face-to-face with governmental representatives from BLM, Forestry Service, appropriate law enforcement, and Mike Castro to discuss all these issues?

Also, the question came up in another post -some people have indicated that Mike Castro goes and works with his Dad somewhere (San Gabriel?) during the week. In all the times I've gone through Bowen Ranch, he is ALWAYS there. Does anybody else collect the fee if and when he is away???
