Why do you insist that it's a "toll road" when the [alleged] definition of a toll road is that it's on PUBLIC land? The roads on the Ranch are on PRIVATE land. There is absolutely NO public land involved here.
After having Mike draw maps of the entire area to clarify the "ownership" issue, it is clear to me that the roads going into and crossing Bowen Ranch to the parking area are indeed ON Bowen Ranch/Tanya-Kevin property. And this also includes the so-called Moss Mill Road.
