Wizard is dead on correct! The money is the bottom line for Mike. If you park somewhere else besides Bowen Ranch, that means less money for Mike. I don't know if anyone has ever calculated how much Mike makes off his "toll".
Let's assume 125 people go to DCHS on an average weekend. This may even be conservative given that there were 115 people there on ONE day recently.
And let' also assume that 80% of these people go through Bowen Ranch (the rest entering from Bradford Ridge, Freedom Trail, and Mojave Dam trail).
That leaves 100 people per weekend through the Ranch at 5 dollars per pop. That's $500 bucks per weekend, $2000 per month. This is probably conservative as it doesn't include campers at the Ranch or weekday visitation. So this is Mike's primary income, unless he gets disability for his mental issues. And do you think he pays taxes on this "toll" income? I doubt it.
Wizard, Rick, Gail, myself and many,many others know the facts about Mike's history. These can't be denied. His history is well documented. He WILL get caught one of these days.
