That is what is so disappointing, people don't seem to follow up with the agencies who have jurisdiction and there was a witness to this incident. She was on U.S. Forest Service land so they should have been notified also. The fact that Mike Castro was wearing surgical gloves is extremely scary and weird. What was he planning to do?
I believe that Mike Castro is a dangerous confidential informant. Just like a FBI confidential informant who was killing young women in different states and was getting away with it because of his status.
