The problem has been that those that opt for the free access appear to be vandalized in ways that suggest that Mike. I was a victim of this myself. Mike has a right to charge for using his property; he does not have a right to punish those that use other access routes.
Agreed. Unless there is an eye witness, the perpetrator is unknown and open to speculation. Scott Parker was a big problem when he was in the area. He was apprehended stealing from a local Mariana resident one night. That is a fact. I personally observed him lurking in various areas observing the comings and goings of my neighbors. The entire Village has rolled out the UNWELCOME mat for him and he departed the area several months ago. Good riddance!
