The public has free access to the Deep Creek area via 3N59A or they can park on Mike's land for a small fee.
The problem has been that those that opt for the free access appear to be vandalized in ways that suggest that Mike. I was a victim of this myself. Mike has a right to charge for using his property; he does not have a right to punish those that use other access routes.
