I e-mailed Brad Burns ( USFS Enforcement Ranger ) photos of the wrecked vehicle, and gave him directions on where it is located. I also call the USFS dispatch service this morning and gave them the license and location. Hopefully they can get a hold of the owners of the car, and make them pay for its removal.
