Hello Laughing Bear :-) Yes, this car does look like a village cruiser for sure :-) It did slam hard into a big granite rock, which I would imagine, bent up the frame pretty good. Also, It looked like all of the windows were broken out. Since Brad indicated he will be away on other business till late November, I think he is passing the info about the car on to other law enforcement, in case they get a chance to get to the problem car before Brad has a chance too. It sounds like from his e-mails that he will look into the matter when he gets back, if it has not been handled already. Brad, because of his schedule, may not have had time to get the owner information, before he dealt with his other business. Since the car appears to be, not stolen, then wouldn't that put the responsibility of its removal on the owner?
