Hello Naked Man, First of all, I didn't buy anything. I donated 150 dollars to Katrina to help her pursue this purchase of the deed. Nothing is in my name, I never expect to get the 150 dollars back, I'll never blame Katrina if it doesn't work out. I believe, at which point she proceeds to gain ownership, that she will do her best to follow through on what she proposed was her intentions for the Bowen Building. Secondly, Naked Man, do you even read whats written in threads before you post? You discussed that you are " worried " that Katrina and I might think this deed is worth something. For starters, in my post, just above yours, I clearly state " I do not know if it is legal ". Nothing ambiguous or confusing about that. If this deed is truly worthless, there is nothing for you to worry about, because the Bowen Building will stay in Mike Castro's possesion. So don't be scared Naked Man, everthing is gonna be OK!
