So you're saying that the New York Owners signed over the ownership of the Ranch and Building to you?
WhY?
For How Much?
To take over ownership of such a parcel of property and a building generally requires the new owner to pay the previous owner a fair market price for the property and building. Who really owned the place before you claim you came to acquire it?
Was Castro living there at the time? Did he ever pay someone for ownership of the ranch and building?
Who is going to pay all the property taxes for the period of time you claim you have 'owned" the ranch?
Am I being over simplistic here?
This has probably been answered in some far distant post... but refresh my memory, please.
