Sycamorelaughing, thanks for the invite to your meeting. There's a possibility I could be out there this weekend but not sure yet. If I make it out there and see a bunch of people in the grassy area under some trees I'll be sure to come over and say hi.
Jobe, just an FYI I'm not a serious triathlete, more of an inspiring age grouper who tries to stay ahead of the middle of the pack. It basically keeps me in shape and out of trouble. Again, thanks for the detailed directions as I'm sure they will come in handy. I wouldn't say I'm shy really but I doubt I'll be stripping down for the swim.
You think the water would be ok to drink out there? I plan on bringing 42 ounces of water in a fuelbelt but not sure if that will be enough if I'm running the trails.Ron
