That sounds like a fascinating studay, Sycamore. It just makes a lot of common sense that the more we alienate ourselves from our own bodies, the more likely people are to develop bad impulses toward abuse and violence. Likewise, it creates an environment where people are unable to tell their stories of abuse to society. The very mention of anything even remotely sexual is greeted with embarrassment and judgement. I don't know why humans have traveled down this road, but my guess is that technology and organized religion have played the biggest roles. Either way, it's so clearly anti-human that I don't know why we have idiots like these sheriffs running around threatening Wizard's family.
