Katrina, I asked Brad about the issue of hiking nude in the Forest Service lands and he said it was allowed except for some area around the T-6 crossing as you mentioned. I asked him where this place was and he said it was a small area up near Arrowhead Lake. Thats the only place that he mentioned. So that is a long way from DCHS. I will try and contact Brad tomorrow to ask a few questions my wife Darcy is wondering about. Basically her question are about whether his policy would supersede any other agencies who might come in to the area. I know from talking to Brad that he supports the clothing optional status of DCHS. He also told me he would help me any way he could. That was nice of him to offer his help. If there is inconsistent policy then I will be trying to find out if there is any way, with Brad's help we can assure that the agencies are all aligned on the policy for that area, specifically related to the clothing optional situation. We need consistent guidlines so people know what rules to follow so they won't be threatened with arrest.
