DCR, The officer that visited our house said that this " could " be an issue. I need to find out what the CPS's take is on nudity and minors at Deep Creek Hotsprings. I also will be asking Brad about whether the Sheriffs or the CPS could act on me being nude in front of my children even though his policy allows for this. This is almost what happened to me, these sheriffs almost did act on thier own policy in his Forest Service area. Also if they could act against me for being nude in front of my minor children, wouldn't that go for any nude adult in front of a minor child? So if that were true, and they could act, that would mean that all the naked people at DCHS and surrounding area could be faced with the same situation I encoutered if they were confronted by these people who take exception to what we enjoy down there. Also if that is true then it would appear that a civilian could possibly make a complaint to the Sheriff or the CPS about them seeing adults in front of minors at DCHS and this could precipitate the same problem. As my situation has showed this weekend, it appears that only for the good luck of knowing one of the people in those sheriffs vehicles, the officer and the man who helped me said, I would most likely have been arrested which means the CPS would also most likely have become involved. This could be a very serious unseen problem regarding our rights to enjoy our clothing optional activities at DCHS, especially for families. In regards to my family and my children specifically. I have to be sure that we are safe from this threat during my visits to DCHS. This has to be resolved one way or the other and visitors need to be properly informed about all of this.
