Well I think you still need to multiply by 100 and reduce the denominator by a few billion, but yes, "point well taken" (coincidentally a term coined by Lincoln because I know too many useless facts). In undergrad I took a class called Mathematical Modeling. It was taught by a brilliant professor. Five degrees, well spoken, low key, super sharp. Except that all his problem solving question on exams were of a military nature. For example, he would plot 6 points representing targets on a two dimensional grid and ask for the formula to determine the impact coordinates to maximize the damage if you had only two missiles, assuming both contained the same blast radius. Well we asked what his background was and he always avoided the question. It turns out he was one of the key scientists that helped developed India's nuclear weapons capabilities, at least from a strategic perspective, in terms of targeting Pakistan.
