From my experiance with the S.B. justice (just us) system I know there will be no trial on that date. That is the term lawyers (liars) use on their forms. I beleive no thing they say.
(Time waved for trial; plus 60 days)
is what it says.
Once again they wipe clean the constitutional rights.
Pretrial set for 01/30/2009 is what it says
Parties stipulate that if subpoena documents have been recieved by the exibit cleck they may be opened and DDA HALGRIMSON may make copies for the defence.
But then he may not?
See how THEY deliberately decive us.
First, they use only capital letters to disguise their deception.
Also, (DDA HALGRIMSON) should be deputy district attorney Hal Grimson. But they diguise that. Yes, how grim, SON.
I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with those decievers
