It's my understanding he was originally an associate of William Schwiess at the Moss Mill and has been hanging off and on around every since. One local property owner lets him park his junker limo next to her old travel trailer located the address mentioned in the incident report. He visits the area but does not reside there nor own any property.

I generally avoid him if at all possible. He's a strange dude.
