First: Just a simple lawsuit over the denial of the FOIA request. Defendant: Dept of Agriculture

Second: A more involved lawsuit over the denial of safe public access which would include the issue of illegally closing of Moss Mill Road. Defendants: Bureau of Land Management, U. S. Forest Service, Fred Moss, et al, including Kevin and Tanya Ryan.

Third: The bigger picture which would include the improper use of Mike Castro as law enforcement for the area, denial of proper law enforcement protection, the mismanagement of the area by the BLM, and the rights to the Bowen Ranch. I would like to see the Bowen Ranch belong to the people who care about the hotsprings. Defendants: Bureau of Land Management, U. S. Forest Service, County of San Bernardino Sheriff's Dept, Fred Moss, et al, including Mike Castro, Kevin and Tanya Ryan.
