We do have common concerns with regard to Moss Mill Road and J1299 and the same players. I am in possession of documentary evidence that would support a lawsuit over these issues.

However, the Bowen Ranch was purchased with the proceeds of criminal activity including extortion, threats, violence, preying upon the public for an illegal toll fee and not reporting any of that income to the IRS. This is racketeering which has three times the damages and could result in the Bowen Ranch being taken away according to law.

I will pursue any avenue that becomes available to me toward filing a lawsuit over those issues. Mike Castro needs to be removed from the area, he is a violent person and can not be left in a position to harm people in the future.
