A bigger problem with JF4/JF3 access than the 2 WD vs. 4 WD issue is that the risk of vandalism to your vehicle increases dramatically. If I take my beater car to Deep Creek, no worries, but I sure as hell would never park my new truck down JF4/JF3 or even on Bowen Ranch for that matter..

The plan will be open for public protest until May 2, however, the BLM has stated that only people who have previously submitted comments on the plan can file a protest. However, don't let that stop you. The public ALWAYS has a right to submit comments on a public document.
