Any decent Village cruiser can get to Deep Creek via JF4-JF3. What is lacking is a sense of direction for the general public. I see many lost pilgrems on thier way to the Bowen Ranch and many are clueless. So if the trail is a little difficult for some, let them park wherever thay may and pay. For others with high clearance vehicles and a sense of adventure, clear route markings designating the network are an advantage.
This ol desert dweller feels the BLM clearly had a bias for the illegaly created J1299. The whole deal stinks and my comments for the public record will state facts, with copies going out to Senators and Congressmen. Perhaps the courts will help the situation and that option is a viable one.
