Sycamore, I would guess, its called a " Quite Claim Deed ", for reasons, other than you suggest :-) I am respected, by those that are important to me, you can't please everyone, when you stick to what you believe in. I will state my arguments, in the manner of my choosing, thats whats great about a " Free Speech " forum. Our new friend MG will learn what the " DCHS Merry Go Round " means, soon enough. Since MG talks about viewing this forum for some time, they should know how it goes, already :-)
