Ol Wiley Riley Thompson esq was well connected down at the ol courthouse back in the day, His daughter Sherri is pretty damn good at family law too. John Ware certainly didnt have many friends to count on down in Victorville. If this one ever goes to court, it will be interesting to see how it plays out this time. I dont think ol John Ware ever took it to a higher court as I recall. Its a real scrambled ruling and Katrina's right about one thing, its going to take more than slander on an internet site to win this one. Mike Castro has a pretty strong case going for him despite the slanted ruling from Judge Katz. He owns the land the buildings are on and he has used them continuously for 10+ years.Katz and Thompson were old friends. Back in 1980, I actually constructed part of my cabin from signs that said RE ELECT JUDGE KATZ. Sherri Thompson handled my first divorce and I met Riley several times. That ol courthouse had more connections than an ATT switcboard.
