She/he does not have a thought process. She/he has a personal agenda that has discredited her/him. She/he is hostile to property owners and resource protection. Her/his issues are with Mike Castro and Barry Nelson over her/his eviction from Moss Mill.
Our issue is lack of law enforcement on Juniper Flats and we are attempting to cooperate with BLM to resolve that issue. Certain individuals in the Barstow Field office have made excuses for BLM inaction and have demonstrated hostility to calls for enforcement. They are currently attempting to discredit us and other groups who are making similar requests for enforcement. This can no longer be tolerated because of the current threat to public safety and on-going destruction of both public and private lands.
Katrina Island creates false controversey, then makes public appeals for donations to support these "causes". She/he successfully avoids paying taxes on their "income" through a bogus claim of tax-free status. She/he is finding resonance with public employees of similar ilk.
