The two gravel caps mentioned in the 1988 Management Plan for the Juniper Flats Cultural Area were located on two roads. One road was a road for administrative use which has subsequently been vertically mulched and closed. The other road where a gravel cap was to be placed was on Juniper Flats Road. Is there a gravel cap on Juniper Flats Road?
The post and cable fence as you have pointed out was never done, yet the money was allocated. How were you able to verify where that money went? Do you have records showing the money allocated for the fence going to paying the overtime?
