I have courteously answered your questions until your provocative and absurd "Forked Tongue" posting.
I have made a sincere effort to answer your questions. I was shown a copy of your 1995 satellite photo that shows the trail that you believe to be J1299. As I had explained earlier on this forum, you have erroneously located this route. I marked on the satellite photo the correct location of J1299, an area which clearly shows no trail. I provided a copy of the current WEMO MAZ1 and MAZ 2 map correctly showing the location of J1299. We mailed the 1995 satellite photo showing the correct route location and the BLM map to your Lancaster address. Despite those efforts, you persist in your false statements and personal attacks.
I have said repeatedly that J1299 does not cross private land, and you are apparently unable to comprehend that simple communication. (Your erroneous location of J1299 does cross private land.) Despite all of our efforts to inform you, you have continued to insist on your erroneous information.
You are not swayed by logic and are combative with local residents and with legislators. You are not seeking for resolution of the current problems and are unable to step away from your personal agendas.
You have asked for donations from the public to reopen Moss Mill Rd. When the one-time window of opportunity was presented by WEMO, you apparently did not even submit a comment. If you had done so, you would have been kept advised of this process, and would not appear to be so addled. Now, when we are presenting a logical conclusion to this process, you wade in with outrageous accusations and personal attacks.
You have lost your opportunity to argue for the reopening of Moss Mill Rd. That route was quietly taken off the table without objection in the same manner that J1299 was surreptiously inserted. (You will note that Moss Mill Rd. is not on the latest MAZ 1 and MAZ 2 map.) Despite the fact that this route and the related easement were acquired by the public and recorded as an open route in a December 1993 federal Decision Record, it has died a quiet death.
The people who gave you money to support that effort should demand their money back. It was an easy argument to make, but instead you followed Harold Johnson's red herring and have joined Castro, Nelson and Johnson in pushing for legalization of J1299.
You are an easy mark.
