Rick, sorry 'bout that- I had a case of ("jurisdictional dyslexia" LOL...).
My sister sent a note to the USFS ranger at the Mountaintop District. He told her they are very well aware of the illegal camping problem, and their resources are thin, but they will be cracking down on them soon...
