I would put in a legal disclaimer ... seems unfortunate that folks or their families sue everyone and everything these days for their own stupidity and it takes just one incident gone bad. On a somewhat related note, I like how at Black's they put up a "no public access" sign at the top of the glider trail to cover their butts for things such as these, as is the case with other trails as well.
