That's not say that the disrespectful types never show, we do from time-to-time. Liter and other forms of destruction are more likely to happen in the evening hours at the springs and along trails.

I think there needs to be a new management plan implemented by the U.S. Forestry and possilbly the BLM to. DCSH is basically an unsupervised hot spring and needs one at certain times.
