Sounds like you got too close to their home. Get too close to my home and I might bite you on the arm also. (just kiddn)
That is what I love about that place, frogs at dawn and dusk. Then bees all day long. And in the spring and fall, flowers.
Some times the water flows several yards down the switch back and some times it is just swampy. How was the flow 2 weeks ago?
