I don't know what the hell any of that meant. It sounds like a lot of federal/state rights stuff. So, lets be brief in the hopes this thread ends.
A federal, collective government is necessary, at its most basic level, to provide defense to its people, because no single state of our union could defend itself, (consider: even from other states!). A corollary of this fact is that if you live in any state that is a member of this federal government, is that you are going to be subject to some rules.
I don't want to start arguments about what rights belong where, federal government or state government, or local government, and quite honestly, its irrelevent. If you don't like where the laws say entities have control over you or your activities, then change them, through ballot, election, or lawsuit. Thats what medical marijuana activists do. Thats what gay marriage opponents do. Thats what car companies do.
And thats what you should do. Not wasting your time posting articles most of us don't read.
300 million people dont live together without a system. Don't like it?
Change it.
