Re: West Mojave Plan Protested

Enviornmental groups aren't the only ones protesting. 30 days to absorb and comment on 900 pages of document is not much time. This environmental impact study is so flawed it didn't take anytime at all to find where the BLM has violated thier own mandates and the fedaral laws they must uphold. No wonder they are always losing in court! All comment letters are part of the public record and may be used in a court of law. I am sure there will be several lawsuits filed in the near future.
