laughing, he sounded like a real nice guy, im truly sorry. Also sounds that you may possibly know a person that had a motive for the crime... please call the local authorities with the information, the one crime that always needs punishment is murder, and i like thinking the united states isnt mexico. serenityby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
the creek is 3 feet high where the rope was strung across earlier this year. it is maybe 1-2 inches above the wall that will be built for the arizona pool. you could find some rocks upstream or downstream to cross on but it would be easier to hold a backpack above your head and simply walk across. this as of 5/17/05. happy springingby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California

thank you for the contact info. i am by no means an expert, but i am pretty good with the complexities involved in overlapping and lack of jurisdiction of specific federal agencies, and with how to prepare, file motions, and argue in court pro persona. my only problem, like most, is money. the blm is gonna want a fee for producing my documents under FOIA. it is supposed to be reasonable, butby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
if anyone has any information that they would specifically like from the BLM concerning the WEMO plan, their protection of ACEC areas, riparian resourses, and historical and cultural sites, please post the information after this thread. I will be filing a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management on Monday. I have received no response from their local office for eby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
You and me think alike... its just too bad you have to sue and waste time and money to enjoy something that should not require money, suing, time and effort to enjoy. lets let old blackrobes hear about how they dont give a **** about anything but the atvs... ive already requested their documents about their protection of the ACEC and they've told me for two weeks now that they are still compilinby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
wonderful day at the springs. no one there but people from oak springs ranch, one of whom was an old friend of mine, and a could asian tourists, absolute paradise. stayed sunny all day, nudity abounded until cold weather made a few wrap up at dusk. it was just so nice to not have a bunch of drunk college kids, whom still seem to find their way down on the weekdays... just not this one =) anniby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
I don't know what the hell any of that meant. It sounds like a lot of federal/state rights stuff. So, lets be brief in the hopes this thread ends. A federal, collective government is necessary, at its most basic level, to provide defense to its people, because no single state of our union could defend itself, (consider: even from other states!). A corollary of this fact is that if you live inby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Enjoyed DCHS yesterday, very peaceful day with only about a dozen people; those of us in the pools were nude but there were a few people with shirts on next to the tree at the beach, probably cause of the biting wind that was coming down the canyon. Overall, overcast, undercrowded, and simply paradise. The creek still seems cold but everyone is crossing by walking or swimming if they are so incby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
I fully agree, I have already filed for a temporary restraining order against enforcement of the proposed WEMO plan on the basis that federal laws ensuring animal, environmental and cultural protections in the furtherance of unsanctioned ATV use were ignored; through incomplete and inaccurate studies of the proposed areas to be covered. I believe that my case is going to be consolidated into onby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Sacrificing 'jobs' for clean air, as I see it. Its more than the plant, its the area that is protected from development. This 'insignifigant' plant needs a place to grow without homes every ten feet, especially if this is one of its only protected areas. Didn't you say yourself it is very easy to step on this plant and destroy it? Doesn't that mean you should keep people's feet away from it?by serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Which way is the Freedom Trail? I know that there is a road above Bowen Ranch, and you can take that to JF3, but the JF3 road comes to the top of a big hill with a steep descent, with an even steeper hill immediately following that I don't even know a 4x4 would do. I am assuming if I could get past this that I would end up getting to the USFS parking area, but I can't go past this. So, is thisby serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
Not sure who the tree man is, but I brought the apple and pear down a couple weeks ago. Planted 2 new pears yesterday to pollinate eacother. If anyone has any suggestions as to a type of tree they would like to see, I would be happy to accomodate on one of my visits. Just my small part when I see all that DCV does. BTW, why doesn't DCV file a petition for a TRO against implementation of WEMO?by serenitynow - Deep Creek Hot Springs, Apple Valley, California
