thank you for the contact info. i am by no means an expert, but i am pretty good with the complexities involved in overlapping and lack of jurisdiction of specific federal agencies, and with how to prepare, file motions, and argue in court pro persona. my only problem, like most, is money. the blm is gonna want a fee for producing my documents under FOIA. it is supposed to be reasonable, but even a fee regulated by law can be hundreds or even a few thousand when lots and lots of documents are concerned. i will contact the person you mention and see what we can do, maybe my time and money is better spent with him and helping fojf
