Thank you, katrina island, your post provides a lot more info. As you say, Scardino's vehicle was parked outside all night so the damage could have been done well after Scardino left Bowen Ranch. There is no solid proof that it happened at Bowen Ranch.
I still legally feel that Mike Castro should win this case; however, as you posted, Castro did seem to upset the judge so perhaps Scardino may have a chance after all. So you see, perhaps there isn't a governmental conspiracy protecting Mike Castro.
As of this early Monday post, no decision on the case has been posted. Should be in today's mail. Interesting... the judge wasn't actually a superior court judge, but rather a Commissioner. Probably just an attorney fulfilling his obligatory hours. I consider that a very definite plus for Scardino. In California, judges and commissioners tend to rule on the law quite differently.
